PowerUp Certificates FAQ
Overview
Students who use Lexia® PowerUp Literacy® receive level certificates when they complete a level in PowerUp.
This article addresses frequently asked questions about PowerUp certificates. See the linked articles for more detail.

How do I know which students have PowerUp certificates, and how do I mark them as delivered?
When a student completes a level in PowerUp, a certificate becomes available for them in myLexia.
Teachers can view certificates and mark them as delivered from the Action Plan on a Class Overview page.

How do I mark a certificate as not delivered?
If you marked a certificate as delivered by accident, or you otherwise want to mark a certificate as undelivered, you can do so in myLexia.
Teachers can mark certificates as not delivered under the Certificates tab on their Class Overview.

Where is my student’s PowerUp certificate? I can’t find it!
There are a few reasons why you might not be able to find a student’s certificate in myLexia, including:
The certificate is from a previous school year and is no longer available. Only certificates from the current school year are available in myLexia.
Only a student’s most recently earned certificate for each strand is shown under the Certificates tab on a Class Overview. If a student has completed levels in multiple strands in the last three weeks, find the most recent from each of those strands here. You can see all of a student’s certificates from this school year by selecting the All Certificates button.
Are there blank PowerUp certificates or different types of certificates I can print out?
Yes. There are blank PowerUp certificates, as well as other types of certificates, available in the PowerUp Resources Hub.
