Clever Sharing Rule Issue: Student Isn't Shared with the Correct Student App
Overview
Students can be assigned to either Lexia Core5
Reading or to Lexia
PowerUp Literacy
in myLexia, but not to both programs at the same time. If they are assigned to one of those programs, they can't log in to the other.
If a student tries to log in with Clever and sees an error that says they are “not enrolled” in Core5 or PowerUp, it means they do have an account in myLexia, but they are trying to log in to a program that they are not enrolled in.
Applies to: Staff who have myLexia administrative accounts (District Administrators in a district site, and School Administrators in a school site) who also have administrative access to Clever.

What to do when a student gets a not enrolled error after logging in with Clever
If a student gets the message “You are not enrolled in Core5” or "You are not enrolled in PowerUp," when they log in through Clever, find out:
What Lexia program tile did the student select in their Clever portal?
What program is the student assigned to in myLexia? See How do I know whether a student is assigned to Core5 or PowerUp?
What Lexia program should the student be assigned to in myLexia?
Once you know what Lexia program the student should be assigned to, fix the login issue as follows:
If the student is assigned to the correct program in myLexia but is shared with the incorrect app in Clever, change your Clever sharing rules so that the student is shared with the correct Lexia student app in Clever. If possible, use sharing rules to make sure that only the correct tile appears in the student's portal (e.g., students should have access to either Core5 or PowerUp, but not both).
If the student is assigned to the incorrect program in myLexia but is shared with the correct app in Clever, change the student’s program assignment in myLexia. See How do I Assign a Core5 Student to PowerUp? or How do I Assign a PowerUp student to Core5?
