This article explains what to do if you have not received your Aspire login credentials.
Applies to: All educators, leaders, and course managers who have accounts in the learning platform for Lexia Aspire® Professional Learning.
What do I do if I haven’t received my Aspire learning platform login credentials?
You may need to complete your account setup.
If you have not received an email with login information, please check with the person in charge of the Aspire implementation at your school or district to make sure you have an account, and that your email address is entered correctly in the Aspire learning platform.
If you still can’t log in to Aspire after verifying that you have an account and that your email address is correct, please contact Lexia Customer Support.
You may receive your Aspire print materials prior to being rostered in the Aspire learning platform.
