PowerUp Lexia Skill Builders and answer keys FAQ
Overview
Lexia Skill Builders are student practice materials that reinforce and extend online learning. A Skill Builder is recommended for a student in myLexia each time they complete a level in the student program.
Students can use Skill Builders independently, with a teacher, or with a peer partner. Skill Builders are available in paper-based and digital formats.
This article answers some frequently asked questions about PowerUp Skill Builders and answer keys, including how to access recommended Skill Builders for students.

Where do I find the Lexia Skill Builders that have been recommended for students in my class?
View the Skill Builders that have been recommended for the students in your class in the Action Plan on your Class Overview, or on individual Student Overviews.
In myLexia, select the Reading tab to view your Class Overview page.
Do you have more than one class set up in myLexia? Use the My Other Classes dropdown to choose another class.
Select the Skill Builders tab in the Action Plan. The list displays all Lexia Skill Builders earned by students in the last three weeks that have not been delivered.
Select one or more students. To select all students, select the box next to the Student Name header.
Select View and Mark as Delivered.
The Skill Builders for the selected students will open in a pop-up window. Use your browser's Download or Print options to download or print the Skill Builders.

How do I keep track of which recommended Skill Builders I have delivered to my students?
There are different methods for tracking delivered Skill Builders, depending on whether you are delivering them digitally or on paper.
Digital Skill Builders
Because you don't access digital Skill Builders directly through the myLexia dashboard, you’ll need to go to your Class Overview and manually mark Skill Builders as delivered.

Paper-based Skill Builders
When you view Skill Builder PDFs from the Skill Builder tab of your PowerUp Class Overview, they are automatically marked as delivered.
