Product News and Updates: PowerUpSee the System Requirements for the 2025-2026 school year in Lexia System Requirements.For PowerUp StudentsWe added weekly unit goals to the student’s Home screen. Features include:Each strand has its own unit goal, which resets weekly.The meter on the strand card now shows the student’s weekly units completed and their goal.Students see a celebration when they meet their unit goal.Weekly minute targets remain unchanged and strands will lock when those are reached.Educators can turn off automatic strand management in myLexia to keep strands open regardless of time spent.We added a Resume Last Activity button at the bottom of the Home screen. Product News and Updates: the LETRS SuiteSee the current system requirements for LETRS: LETRS System Requirements. Product News and Updates - September 2025 We updated LETRS to block users from editing an email address to one already in use to avoid duplicates. This will apply to participants, course managers, and internal administrators. We added a new Course Manager Persmissions column to the Manage > People page. Course Managers can now view and sort course manager roles in reports and downloads. We moved the LETRS Help Center! The LETRS Help Center link now redirects to the Lexia Community Center.LETRS We updated the Course Selection page design. We increased the bank of assessment questions for LETRS and LETRS for Early Childhood Educators assessments. We added first-time user guides for new participants and course managers of LETRS, LETRS for Early Childhood Educators, and LETRS for Administrators. New participants and course managers will see the interactive guide upon first-time login. Introducing LETRS Connect! We introduced our new product for LETRS graduates. LETRS We added more visible data in the Course Completion Report for participants who have completed a course but do not currently have a license assigned in LETRS. LETRSCourse Completion ReportWe added a Course Completion Report for course managers to view which participants in their implementation have completed any LETRS course.LETRSEnd of Course Completion Updates We added an End of Course Completion Session for participants who complete both Volumes (1 and 2) of LETRS. This session includes a congratulatory message, a summary transcript, and a new Course Completion Certificate, showing participants that they have completed the entire LETRS course. We also added the ability for participants to download the new Course Completion Certificate by navigating to My Profile > Transcript or My Profile > Documents. Course managers: find a participant's Course Completion Certificate by navigating to the participant's Individual Overview page and selecting the Transcript tab. School-level educators will have both columns filled in on the downloaded report, showing both their Location or District and their specific assigned School. The School column will be empty for educators not assigned to a specific school.License Expiration NotificationWe added a notification for participants whose licenses are set to expire within 30 days. Session 8 is now available.LETRSLETRS for Administrators Posttest AnalysisWe added a Posttest Analysis section that provides information after you complete the posttest.The Posttest Analysis section is tailored based on your scores in different units and on the posttest.Included in this section are: Insights on areas of improvement Suggestions for further learning Video and audio player improvementsWe added the functionality to play and pause in-course videos by clicking on the video itself.We also added a similar functionality to in-course audio recordings. Click on the image above the audio player to play and pause the audio.Session Attendance updates We repurposed the Download All button on the Session Attendance tab of the Overview page. Select this button to download all of the attendees for all of the listed sessions. Previously this button downloaded the list of the sessions. We added a Search field to the Session Attendance tab. Use this feature to filter the list of sessions by SA number. Literacy Symposium 2024We added information for this year's Literacy Symposium to the Course Overview page. Sessions 5, 6, and 7 are now available.Select the sessions from this page to navigate to the session content, including a video activity with closed-captions, a Check for Understanding activity, and a Journal option. 

Product News and Updates: AspireSee the current system requirements for Aspire: Aspire System Requirements.Product News and Updates - August 2025 We updated Participant Certificates of Completion to display the score earned on the Check for Understanding assessment to match the Certificate of Proficiency.  Participants can now find the Posttest (or Pathway Posttest if they’re on a Pathway) on the Courses page. The start button appears on the card when all courses are completed and is unlocked on the dashboard at the same time. We enhanced the journal experience in Aspire. Courses now display journal prompts as a distinct activity, with a green box outlining the prompt. Select Save Response to complete the activity and activate the Next button to advance through the course. We added a new journal page to the top navigation menu, where you are able to review, edit, download, and print journal entries, as well as search, filter, and select favorite entries. We added a first-time user guide for participants, leaders, and course managers. Everyone with a new account in Aspire will see this guide upon first login. Aspire Leaders will now receive certificates for completing Check for Understanding (CFU) assessments at the end of each course. For CFUs you have already completed, you are able to attempt the assessment again and obtain a certificate. Leaders are now able to earn a certificate for the comprehensive posttest after completing all CFU assessments for all courses in Aspire. Course managers can now see leader progress via the Individual Overview page. Aspire We moved the Favorites Filter from the Types dropdown menu for easier access. Now find it on a separate toggle on the Resource Library. AspireThe Pathway PosttestWe added pathway posttests for participants who complete all courses in a pathway.The pathway posttest will include questions related only to the courses in the pathway.Participants in a pathway will only have access to their pathway posttest, not the comprehensive posttest.For Course Managers: Pathways updates to the Individual Overview pageWe added a Pathways tab to the Individual Overview page to view participant progress through a pathway.We also added pathway posttest scores to the Domain Performance graph.For Course Managers: posttest scores on the Cohort Overview pageWe added the ability for course managers to see posttest scores on the Cohort Overview page.Pathway cohorts will display pathway posttest scores. If you prefer to start over and take the revised version of the course, you are able to quit the course and reset all of your progress, but this is not required. Leaders are able to see all new course content. AspireDownload CertificatesWe added the ability for course managers to download all certificates for any participant via the Individual Overview page.AspireLicense Set DashboardsWe added a License Sets tab on the home page for course managers and leaders. Select this tab to navigate to the License Set Overview page, where you will find progress and performance information for participants who are assigned licenses from a given license set.AspireCourse Detail ReportWe added the Course Detail Report for Course Managers and Leaders to view participant progress and performance across all courses.Find the Course Detail Report in the new Reports tab.User Status FilterWe added a new filter called User Type to many of the reporting pages. This filter allows you to include or exclude deactivated users from a report.Find this filter on individual license set pages, the All Licensed Participants/Leaders tab, the Manage People page, and the Manage Cohort page.AspireCourse RevisionsWe updated courses in the Language Comprehension domain. Participants: New participants will see the new course content by default. If you have completed a previous version of a course we revised, you are able to see the new content, but you do not have to redo the course. If you are currently in progress, you are able to continue on in the previous version and will receive credit. Leaders: You have immediate access to all new course content to review and complete new activities and Checks for Understanding. Leaders have access to view the previous version of courses (from both the July and August updates). Navigate to the Courses page, select Open Course or View Course on a course card, and select Previous on the Course Details page to view the previous version of that course. Course Managers: To view which version of a course an individual participant completed, navigate to your Individual Overview page and view the new Version column. We added new audio to Core5 Auto-Placement to provide a more informative and seamless user experience, from beginning to end. Using data, we updated the selection of Passage Comprehension answer choices to deliver a higher quality learning experience. For accessibility, we added: Incremental support for Keyboard Navigation Significant incremental support for Color Contrast Incremental support for Sensory Characteristics We optimized image handling to significantly reduce app install size from 1.3GB to 500MB. We dimmed the home “indicator” on buttonless iPads for a better visual experience. We updated new Queen imagery in our Lessons and Skill Builders. We added the Unified Login screenshot to the Core5 Teacher’s Manual. We revised the Level 13 Idioms Skill Builder.
