Didn't Receive Aspire Reset Email

This article offers tips on what to do if you requested a password reset but haven’t received the reset email.

Applies to: All educators, leaders, and course managers who have accounts in the learning platform for Lexia Aspire​® Professional Learning.

I tried to reset my password and didn't receive an email

If you requested a password reset, you should receive an email within a few minutes. If it’s been more than a few minutes and you haven’t received the email, try the following:

  • Check your spam folder.

  • Wait a few more minutes. School or district spam filters may delay the delivery of password reset emails.

  • Make sure you entered the email address associated with your Aspire account, not a personal email address.

  • Make sure that you entered the correct email address—if there has been a change to your email address since your Aspire account was set up, contact your Aspire course manager.

  • Your Aspire Course Manager should be able to change your password, and if necessary, change the email address used for your Aspire account.
