These instructions are for educators or caregivers who need to install Core5 on one or a few iPads. If your school or district uses a management system to manage apps on student iPads, check with your IT department about the best way to make sure that Core5 is installed on student iPads.
Instructions
Check Core5 System Requirements to make sure your iPad is ready to run Core5.
The system requirements list the available space needed to download the app. If you are not sure how much space is available on your iPad, look in Settings > General > iPad Storage.
Search the App Store for the Core5 app.
If you are in the United States: on your iPad, search in the App Store for the Lexia Core5 Reading app.
If you are in the UK, New Zealand, or Australia: search the App Store for the Lexia Core5 (UK) app.
Select Get or the download icon to download the app (it’s free!), or Update to install the most recent version on your iPad.
Once the Core5 app is downloaded, open it.
If this is the first time Core5 is used on this device, you’ll see a screen that says Please Set Up This Device.
Enter the email of a teacher who has a myLexia account.
Once the device is set up, you should see your school or district name displayed on the login screen.
