How do I assign LETRS course manager permission types?
Overview
Only course managers with Owner permission can assign course manager permissions in Lexia® LETRS®.
Course managers can also add or remove other course managers in their LETRS implementation.
This article explains how course owners can assign permission types.
Applies to: Course managers with Owner permission for Lexia® LETRS®.
Does not apply to: Course managers with License Manager, Cohort Manager, or View Only permission and educators who are participants of Lexia® LETRS®.
How to Assign Permission Types
Log in to letrs.com.
When you log in, you’ll see a District or Campus overview page, or a Course Selection page.
Depending on your level of access, you may be able to view all participants in your district, or you may be able to view only the participants in your school.
Owners have access to a Course Manager Permissions page, where they can add or remove other course managers and set their permission types.
From the Manage menu, select Course Manager Permissions.
To change a course manager’s permission type, use the Permission Type dropdown menu next to their name, and choose from the list. Your changes are saved automatically after you select from the dropdown menu.
