Manual Import Error Codes: User exists in different customer

Manual import allows you to import comma-separated (.csv) or tab-separated (.tsv) spreadsheet files of staff and student information into myLexia.com.
This article describes what to do if you received an error when you tried to import staff or students, downloaded the error report and saw User exists in different customer in the “Errors” column.

How do I fix the “User exists in different customer” error?
Staff usernames need to be unique—not just in your school or district, but across all Lexia customers. The “User exists in different customer” error occurs in a staff import when the username (email address) you are trying to import already exists in another Lexia customer.
