When does my LETRS license expire?

Overview

This article explains how Lexia® LETRS® license expiration dates work.

Applies to: Educators and course managers who have accounts in Lexia® LETRS®, Lexia® LETRS® for Early Childhood Educators, and/or Lexia® LETRS® for Administrators.

How long do LETRS licenses last?

LETRS licenses will be active for:

  • One calendar year for LETRS Units 1-4, LETRS Units 5-8, or LETRS for Early Childhood Educators

  • Two calendar years for LETRS Units 1-8 and LETRS for Administrators

What time does my license expire?

A LETRS license set and its licenses are active on any day between the start and end dates of the license, not including the end date. Licenses expire at midnight Central Time on the morning of the end date.

For example, if your stated expiration date is September 1st, you will only have until 23:59 Central Time on August 31st to access the program.

If some licenses have not been assigned to active participants in a timely manner, the clock does not change for those licenses. Unassigned licenses become active on the license set's start date and will expire on the license set end date just like every other license for the license set.
