Setting Start Dates for LETRS Licenses
Overview
This article explains how Lexia® LETRS® license start dates are determined.
Applies to: Educators and course managers who have accounts in Lexia® LETRS®, Lexia® LETRS® for Early Childhood Educators, and/or Lexia® LETRS® for Administrators.
How are LETRS license start dates determined?
A license set for LETRS is defined by three main things:
the product configuration
the number of licenses included in the license set
the start and end dates of the license set
An LETRS license set—that is, all of the licenses in that set—starts on the license set's start date. At the time of sale, licenses are either: a) assigned to a new license set with a specific start date; or b) held to be assigned to a future license set with a to-be-determined start date. This must be specified before you place your order.
Held licenses will not appear in the LETRS platform.
LETRS licenses will be active for:
One calendar year for LETRS Units 1-4, LETRS Units 5-8, or LETRS for Early Childhood Educators
Two calendar years for LETRS Units 1-8 and LETRS for Administrators
