What do I do if I haven't received my LETRS Unit Session Certificate of Attendance?
Overview
Unit professional learning (PL) sessions are offered as part of the Lexia® LETRS®, Lexia® LETRS® for Early Childhood Educators, and Lexia® LETRS® for Administrators courses. PL sessions help participants to review and take a deeper dive into the content.
You will earn a certificate for each LETRS unit PL session you attend with a national professional learning facilitator (PLF).
Certificates of attendance for LETRS unit PL sessions attended on or after July 12, 2024 are available in the LETRS learning platform. For more information on finding your certificates, see: How do I view my Certificates of Attendance for LETRS Unit Sessions?
Certificates of attendance for LETRS unit PL sessions attended before July 12, 2024 were delivered to you via email.

Applies to: Educators who are enrolled in Lexia® LETRS®.
Does not apply to: Schools or districts that have not purchased professional learning sessions for Lexia® LETRS®.
What do I do if I can't find my certificate of attendance in the LETRS learning platform?
For sessions that took place on or after July 12, 2024
If you do not see your certificate in the Attendance section of the My Profile page, here are a few questions to consider:
Did you register attendance with the email address you use to log in to LETRS?
Did you see a success message pop up after you registered attendance on your device?
Did you receive an email confirming that your registration was successful?
Did you wait a few minutes after registering attendance to look for your certificate in the LETRS learning platform?
Make sure to have the above details, as well as your email address, ready to share, and contact Lexia Support if you cannot locate your certificate.
What do I do if I haven't received the email containing my certificate?
For sessions that took place before July 12, 2024, or sessions that don't use the new attendance reporting process, participants need to complete two attendance surveys (a check-in and a check-out survey) in order to receive a certificate.
If you filled out both attendance surverys, but can't find the email with your attendance certificate in your inbox, check your spam folder. Look for the sender email: Lexia Learning lexialearning@qualtrics-research.com .
If the email isn’t in your spam folder, contact Lexia Support for help.
Make sure you have the following information ready to share with Support:
Date and time of your session (save your email invitation for easy reference)
Name of your professional learning facilitator (PLF)
Session event number
