What do I do if I forgot my LETRS password?
Overview
This article describes how to reset your LETRS password.
Applies to: Educators and course managers who have accounts in Lexia® LETRS®, Lexia® LETRS® for Early Childhood Educators, and/or Lexia® LETRS® for Administrators.
Request to reset your password
Go to letrs.com.
Select Forgot your username or password?
To reset your password, enter your username in the Forgot Your Password? field and select Submit.
Not sure what your username is? Enter your email address under "Forgot your Username" and select Submit.
If a matching email is found for the username you entered, you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
If it's been a few minutes and you haven't received the password reset email, make sure to check your spam folder!
Reset your password
Click on the link in the email you received. You will be taken to the Reset Your Password page.
Enter a valid password, and select the Reset Password button. You will see confirmation that you have reset your password.
If you followed the steps to reset your password but did not receive the email, contact your LETRS course manager or Lexia Support.
