This article explains what to do if you have not received your LETRS login credentials.
Applies to: Educators and course managers who have accounts in Lexia® LETRS®, Lexia® LETRS® for Early Childhood Educators, and/or Lexia® LETRS® for Administrators.
What do I do if I haven’t received my LETRS learning platform login credentials?
You may need to complete your account setup.
If you have not received an email with login information, please check with the person in charge of the LETRS implementation at your school or district to make sure you have an account, and that your email address is entered correctly in the LETRS learning platform.
If you still can’t log in to LETRS after verifying that you have an account and that your email address is correct, please contact Lexia Customer Support.
You may receive your LETRS print materials prior to being rostered in the LETRS learning platform.
