Automated Data Exports
Applies to: Educators or administrators who have the highest level of access in their myLexia site (district admins in a district site, or school admins in a school site).
Does Lexia support automatic exports of student data?
Yes! You can set up automated exports of the following reports:
Core5 Basic Student Export
Core5 Detailed Student Export
Core5 Year-to-Date (YTD) Export
Lexia English Basic Student Export
Lexia English Year-to-Date (YTD) Export
PowerUp Detailed Student Export
PowerUp Year-to-Date (YTD) Export
All exports are provided nightly via CSV files uploaded to a secure FTP site. Exports are saved for the previous six days.

How do I start using automated data exports?
Lexia Support will need to activate the export(s) for you. Please contact them so they can activate the export and help you set up access to the SFTP site.
Access to the folder with your exports is restricted. You will need to provide Lexia with an IP address so that we can add it to our access list before you can connect to the folder.
Since it takes a few days to approve an IP address, you can check in myLexia to see if there is already an IP address listed before you talk to Lexia Support.
In myLexia, select Settings.
In the Automated Import section, select Settings to open the General Configuration window.
Look at the Outgoing IP Address box.
If this field is not already filled in with your outgoing IP address, enter one public IP address. Please note that after adding or changing the IP address, access to the folder may take up to two business days.
