This article explains where to find the Lexia Core5
Reading School Overview report and what information is included in the report.
Applies to: Educators and administrators who have School Admin or District Admin access to myLexia.
What is the Core5 School Overview report in myLexia?
The Core5 School Overview report displays data on your school's usage and progress in Core5.
The School Overview report will help you answer the following questions:

What is my school's usage?

Is my school's usage translating into progress?

Is my school on track to meet our instructional goals?

How often are educators in my school accessing myLexia to view reports?
What information is included in the Core5 School Overview report?
The Core5 School Overview report contains the following information:

Usage: Displays the number and percentage of students in the school who met their recommended weekly usage targets.

Progress: Displays the number of students in the school working above, in, and below grade level of material (GLM) from their initial placement and their current placement in the school year.

Progress by Usage: Displays the number of skills and units that students in the school have completed, broken down between students who are and are not meeting usage targets.

Predictors: Displays the number of students in the school who are on track/have met and are at risk of not meeting grade-level, end-of-year benchmarks.

Certificates: Displays the number of student achievement certificates earned across the school during the current week and the current school year.

Staff: Displays the number of staff members in the school who logged in to myLexia in the past 30 days and during the current school year.
Select View Report on each School Overview card to view more details and print each individual report.
Where do I find the Core5 School Overview report in myLexia?
To find the Core5 School Overview report:
- In myLexia, select the Reading tab to view your School Overview. Make sure the Core5 tab is selected.
For District Administrators, selecting the Reading tab will take you to the District Overview page by default. To see the School Overview, select a school from the Schools sidebar.
From here, explore the reports provided in each School Overview card.
