myLexia Reports: PowerUp Student Overview

This article explains where to find the Lexia PowerUp Literacy
Student Overview report and what information is included in the report.
Applies to: Educators and administrators who have Teacher, School Admin, or District Admin access to myLexia.
What is the PowerUp Student Overview report in myLexia?
The PowerUp Student Overview report provides you with detailed data charts on an individual student's performance, usage, and progress in the PowerUp online student program.
The Student Overview report answers the following questions:

How much time has my student spent in the online program?

What are my student's progress trends?

What activities is my student working on?

How can I support my student moving forward?
What information is included in the PowerUp Student Overview report?
The PowerUp Student Overview report contains the following information:

This Week: Displays how many minutes the student has spent and how units they completed in the program this week, as well as how much time and how many remaining units are needed for the student to meet their weekly usage targets

Usage and Progress: Displays the student's usage and progress (i.e. units gained) in the program last week, last month, and this current school year

PowerUp Progress: Provides a chart that shows where a student is currently working at in all three strands (Word Study, Grammar, and Comprehension). The chart displays where the student initially placed in each strand, what levels they've completed so far in the current school year, and what their progress is in the level they are working in now

Usage by Strand: Displays how many minutes the student spent and how many units they completed in each strand last week, last month, and this current school year

Current Activities: Displays what activities the student is currently working on in each strand, as well as their progress and accuracy in each activity

PowerUp Placement: Displays the student's Auto Placement information, including when they completed Auto Placement and what their initial placement (i.e. zone) was in each strand

Action Plan: Provides an overview of what actions to take to support and boost the student's performance and progress in PowerUp

The Action Plan indicates how many minutes the student needs to complete to meet their weekly usage target, which Lexia Lessons
have been recommended to the student for offline delivery and instruction, which Lexia Skill Builders
have been assigned to the student for additional offline practice, and what certificates have been awarded to the student to celebrate their success.

Where do I find the PowerUp Student Overview report in myLexia?
To find the PowerUp Student Overview report:

In myLexia, select the Reading tab to view your Class Overview.
Do you have more than one class set up in myLexia? Use the My Other Classes dropdown to choose another class.
For administrators, selecting the Reading tab will take you to the District or School reports page by default. To see the Student Overview, you will need to navigate to your Class Overview page first. Select a school from the District Overview. Then, select a class from the School Overview.

From the Class Overview, select a student's name to access their Student Overview page.
How do I print or save the PowerUp Student Overview report?
From the Student Overview page
To print and/or download the PowerUp Student Overview report from the Student Overview page:

From the Student Overview, select Print.

Select Print to generate a PDF of the Student Overview report.
From the Class Overview page
To print and/or download the PowerUp Student Overview report from the Class Overview page:

From the Class Overview, hover over Print and select Print Student Reports from the dropdown menu.

Select the square next to the name of any student(s) whose Student Overview report you want to print or download.

Hover over Print Reports and select Student Overview Report from the dropdown menu to generate a PDF of the report.
