Should I roster all of my Aspire participants at the same time?

This article explains the process for adding new participants and assigning licenses to help you decide if you would like to add, or roster, all Lexia Aspire® Professional Learning participants at the same time.

Should I add all of my participants at the same time?
Unless otherwise arranged with your sales representative, the start date for all licenses in a license set is the date Lexia processes your order.
If you have arranged a staggered implementation (groups of teachers who will start their Aspire professional learning in different months), you can either add all participants at once, or start by sharing only the cohort of participants with the earlier start date.
If you share all participants, they will be added in the learning platform. You can then assign licenses in the learning platform to each cohort of participants as their license sets become active.
There is no limit to the number of participants who can be added to the platform, but you can only assign course licenses in the Aspire learning platform for the number of licenses purchased.
