PowerUp Guide to Messages and Errors

Do you have a guide that explains the different messages and errors in the PowerUp student program?

Yes! PowerUp Guide to Error and Alert Messages lists the messages and errors that students may encounter when working in Lexia® PowerUp Literacy®, with an explanation for each message or error.

If your students remember seeing an error message or alert, but they don’t know what the message said, ask them to describe the picture on the error message and use this guide to help identify the message.

Some of the errors and alerts included in the guide are:

  • Sorry! (Turtle)

  • Cannot Connect to Server (Ethernet Cable)

  • Network Issue Detected (Yellow Caution Symbol)

  • Login Conflict (Seahorses)

  • Your School is out of Licenses (Key)

  • You are not Enrolled in PowerUp (Lock)
