LETRS for Adiminstrators
LETRS for Administrators now includes an optional 10-question end-of-unit assessment after each unit!

Unit assessments are not required to progress to other units or to unlock the posttest. The unit
assessments are in addition to the current LETRS for Administrators Posttest.

Course managers can view unit assessment scores and progress via updated Progress Reports, Unit Progress Reports, and participant transcripts.
For LETRS Facilitators
Facilitators assigned a new facilitator license after July 9th, 2026 must now accept their Statement of
Commitment (SOC) on their first login after the license start date.
- Facilitators will not be able to access LETRS until they select the checkmark and click the “Accept and Continue to LETRS” button.
- Facilitators with an existing license before July 9th, 2026 will not need to accept their SOC in the platform. These facilitator are expected to have a signed SOC on file already.
- Facilitators will see their Statement of Commitment Acceptance Date on the Facilitator Status portion of My Profile. For Facilitators that did not accept the SOC in platform, they will see a standard date of 07/08/2026. For Facilitators that accept the digital SOC, they will see the date they accepted.
- Course Managers and Internal Admins will find the date displayed on the Facilitator’s Individual Overview in the same position on the Facilitator Status section.
