Product News and Updates - March 2026
For LETRS Course Managers
We’ve made seven District Completion Report Improvements, including:
- Sortable columns — The first column can now be sorted alphabetically, and progress columns can be sorted by completion percentage. Sorting works in both ascending and descending order.
- Consistent exports — Choosing Data As Shown keeps your on‑screen sorting in the exported spreadsheet. All Data exports use default sorting.
- Clickable school names — In the school‑level report, school names now link directly to the Participant Completion Report, with the selected school pre‑filtered for quick access.
- Favorites view — You can now “favorite” rows using the heart icon. Turning on the Favorites toggle shows only those rows, and exporting Data As Shown will include only your favorited items.
- License Sets tab removed — The License Sets tab no longer appears on the Overview page for districts, states, or campuses. All license set management remains available under Manage > Licenses.
- Alphabetical sorting — All Manage Licenses pages now support alphabetical sorting. “Newest” remains the default view.
For LETRS Participants
Closed captioning preferences now save automatically! When participants turn captions on or off in a course video, LETRS remembers the setting across:
- Course navigation
- Switching between courses
- Logging in and out
For LETRS Connect Course Managers
We’re introducing a “Most Completed Sessions” Widget!
This new dashboard widget highlights the top five most completed sessions across your participants. If fewer than five sessions have been completed, the widget displays only the sessions with activity so far.
