What is a Deactivated User?

Overview

This article explains what a deactivated user is in LETRS.

Applies to: Course managers with Owner, License Manager, Cohort Manager, or View Only permission for Lexia® LETRS®.

Does not apply to: Educators who are enrolled in the Lexia® LETRS®, Lexia® LETRS® for Early Childhood Educators, and/or Lexia® LETRS® for Administrators courses of study.

What is a Deactivated User?

Deactivated users are user accounts that are no longer active in LETRS. Deactivated users cannot login to LETRS or register for Professional Learning sessions. Course managers can choose to include deactivated users' data in most LETRS reports.

Deactivated is a user account status, not a license status. Users cannot be deactivated or reactivated using the LETRS application. Contact Lexia Support if you need help deactivating or reactivating a user.
