How do I see Deactivated Users in LETRS?
Overview
Deactivated users are inactive user accounts in LETRS. This article describes how to see deactivated users in Lexia® LETRS®.
Deactivated is a user account status, not a license status. Users cannot be manually deactivated or reactivated using the LETRS application. Contact Lexia Support if you need help deactivating or reactivating a user.
Applies to: Course managers with Owner, License Manager, Cohort Manager, or View Only permission for Lexia® LETRS®.
Does not apply to: Educators who are enrolled in the Lexia® LETRS®, Lexia® LETRS® for Early Childhood Educators, and/or Lexia® LETRS® for Administrators courses of study.
How to see Deactivated Users in the Licensed Participants tab
The Licensed Participant tab on a license set pageshows an overview of a district's LETRS licenses and a list of participants. By default, the participant list only shows active and inactive users.
To see deactivated users:

Select Manage > Overview to view your District Overview dashboard.

From the District Overview Dashboard, select the License Sets tab.

Choose a license set.

Select the Licensed Participants tab.

Select the User Type dropdown, then select Deactivated to see deactivated users only.

The User Type dropdown is available throughout the LETRS application. The dropdown is also available on these pages:
