How do I see Deactivated Users in LETRS?

Overview

Deactivated users are inactive user accounts in LETRS. This article describes how to see deactivated users in Lexia® LETRS​®.

Deactivated is a user account status, not a license status. Users cannot be manually deactivated or reactivated using the LETRS application. Contact Lexia Support if you need help deactivating or reactivating a user.

 

Applies to: Course managers with Owner, License Manager, Cohort Manager, or View Only permission for Lexia® LETRS​®.

 

Does not apply to: Educators who are enrolled in the Lexia® LETRS​®, Lexia® LETRS® for Early Childhood Educators, and/or Lexia® LETRS® for Administrators courses of study.

How to see Deactivated Users in the Licensed Participants tab

The Licensed Participant tab on a license set pageshows an overview of a district's LETRS licenses and a list of participants. By default, the participant list only shows active and inactive users.

To see deactivated users:

  1. Select Manage > Overview to view your District Overview dashboard.

  2. From the District Overview Dashboard, select the License Sets tab.

  3. Choose a license set.

  4. Select the Licensed Participants tab.

  5. Select the User Type dropdown, then select Deactivated to see deactivated users only.

Where else can I see Deactivated Users in LETRS?

The User Type dropdown is available throughout the LETRS application. The dropdown is also available on these pages:

  • The Participants tab in District Overview

  • The People tab in Manage People

  • The Participants tab in Manage Licenses
