Student Clever Login Error (For Teachers)

Applies to: Educators whose students use Clever to log in to a Lexia program (Lexia Core5 Reading, Lexia English Language Development, and/or Lexia PowerUp Literacy).

My student(s) can’t log in to Lexia with Clever!

If one of your students tried to log in to a Lexia student program with Clever and received this error: “We’re sorry! Your login request with Clever cannot be completed”, there may be an issue with the student’s account that your school or district technology team will need to research.

What should I do next?

Please let your school or district technology team know about the error your student received when they tried to log in to their Lexia student program with Clever, and which program the student was trying to log in to. They can troubleshoot and/or work with Lexia Customer Support to get your student’s Clever account working with Lexia!
