License sets
A license set for LETRS is defined by three main things:
the product configuration
the number of licenses included in the license set
the start and end dates of the license set
An LETRS license set—that is, all of the licenses in that set—starts on the license set's start date. At the time of sale, licenses are either: a) assigned to a new license set with a specific start date; or b) held to be assigned to a future license set with a to-be-determined start date. This must be specified before you place your order.
Held licenses will not appear in the LETRS platform.
License sets are shown with the number of licenses they contain.
Status types
License sets are grouped according to their lifecycle status.
Upcoming license sets are those with a start date in the future. The start date is shown below the name of the license set. The number of licenses which have been assigned is shown to the right.
Active license sets are those with a start date in the past and an end date in the future. A warning icon is displayed next to any license set expiring in the next thirty days.
Expired license sets are those with an end date in the past. To the right of each license set, instead of seeing how many licenses were assigned, you can see how many people who had licenses from that set completed the course.
