Lexia Customer Spotlight: Lexia LETRS in South Carolina

I would love to share my experience! 💙 I completed Lexia LETRS Units 1 and 2, and the learning has had a lasting impact on how I approach reading instruction and intervention.

After 23 years in education, including several years as an MTSS interventionist and now as a middle school reading specialist, I continue to find myself coming back to what I learned through LETRS when I’m trying to determine why a student is struggling and what instruction that student actually needs.

I especially love bringing that learning into the middle school setting, where struggling readers can sometimes arrive with years of frustration behind them. Helping those students understand that they can become stronger readers is one of my favorite parts of what I do.
