If you have account or billing questions about a Lexia account you purchased through Family Literacy Centers at Lexiaforhome.com, your account is managed through Family Literacy Centers. Lexia Customer Support is not able to provide assistance with account or billing information, including assistance with usernames or passwords.

Applies to: Families and other customers who purchased Lexia licenses through Family Literacy Centers.

Does not apply to: Parents of children who use Lexia through a school-based account. If your child uses Lexia at school, and you need help logging into their school account from home, contact your child’s school for assistance or see:
