LETRS Secure File Transfer

Overview

Data privacy is important to us! If you need to share setup information with the LETRS team, you may be asked to use our secure transfer site.

Lexia Support is committed to securely transferring your files, and uses a secure transfer site, rather than email, to request files that contain participants' personally identifiable information.

This article explains how to access the secure transfer site and send files.

Applies to: Course Manager or point of contact in charge of implementing Lexia® LETRS®.

Sending Information with Secure Transfer

To protect your data, we use Egnyte, a secure file transfer platform, to send and receive files that may contain PII.

  1. You will receive an email from Lexia Support with instructions to securely transfer your data.

If you are working with the Lexia Support team and have not yet received an email with secure transfer instructions, check your spam or junk folder.

  2. The link in the email will contain a unique link to securely upload information you want to share with Lexia. Select the link to navigate to the secure transfer site. Most links are valid for 30 days.

  3. Enter your name and email address. Entering your company name is optional. Select Continue.

You do not need to create a login or password to use the secure transfer site, as no account is necessary to use the site.

Files are securely sent based on the unique link generated and shared with you.

  4. Attach the files you would like to send, either by browsing or drag and drop. Select Send these files.

  5. When the files have successfully transferred, the site will display a confirmation message, and signal that you are able to close the window. Lexia Support receives a notification and access to the files, and will contact you to follow up.

If you have an issue navigating to the secure site or uploading your information, contact Lexia Support.
