PL Recording Policy
Lexia Learning and its affiliate, Voyager Sopris Learning, offer a variety of professional learning, implementation and other service sessions associated with our paid educational subscription products to our state, district, and school education customers. Sessions, and any associated materials, provided as part of our subscriptions and services, are offered under our standard limited enterprise license and/or terms of use for the subscriptions and services.
Unless otherwise indicated by Lexia Learning or Voyager Sopris Learning in writing for a specific session, these professional learning, training, and other sessions or events are not intended or authorized by Lexia Learning or Voyager Sopris Learning to be recorded by any customer or customer participant.
If a customer participant is unable to attend a scheduled in-person or virtual professional learning or other session, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact Lexia Learning or Voyager Sopris Learning to discuss whether alternative options are available for the participant to receive the missed content or for the customer to purchase make-up sessions. Lexia Learning and Voyager Sopris Learning do not guarantee that alternative options or make-up sessions for missed professional learning or training sessions will be available, or will be available at no additional cost, to customers.
