Go over the different microphone colors
Make sure students understand what the different microphone colors mean, so they know when it is time for them to listen, and when it is time for them to speak.

Inactive (grey) Microphone | It is time to listen. You are not able to select the microphone right now. |
Blue Microphone | The mic turns blue when it is your turn to talk. Select the blue mic to let the program know you are ready to start talking. |
Yellow Microphone | When the mic is yellow, the program is listening. You can start talking now! When you are done, select or tap the microphone button again. |
Green Microphone | Good work! |
Red Microphone | Try again. |
