LETRS Coaching License Consumption Policy
Overview
LETRS Coaching supports educators who have completed LETRS Volume 1 or 2 in translating theory into practice by focusing on classroom applications of LETRS principles. Educators receive either a half school year or full school year of support from a LETRS coach to work through goal-focused coaching cycles, including one-to-one live online coaching sessions and ongoing asynchronous feedback and reflection.

What is the consumption policy for LETRS Coaching licenses?
For the first 45 days after a LETRS Coaching license set's start date, no license in the set will be marked as consumed. During this timeframe, even if a participant is assigned a license and participates in coaching, their license is not considered consumed. It can still be unassigned and assigned to a different participant.
Course managers cannot assign or unassign LETRS Coaching licenses in the online platform. Please contact Lexia Support for assistance with reassigning licenses.
45 days after the license set’s start date, all LETRS Coaching licenses in the set are marked as consumed, without exception. This applies to both assigned and unassigned licenses. After that timeframe, once a license has been marked as consumed, it cannot be assigned or reassigned to a participant.
Transferring a license to a new educator partway through a school year would not allow for the intensive and sustained coaching experience required for success. Because of this, the consumption policy limits the time period to assign licenses to participants.
When is it possible to reassign a LETRS Coaching license?
Within the first 45 days of a license set's start date, no LETRS Coaching licenses in the set will be marked as consumed. Licenses can be reassigned during this timeframe.
What steps do I take to reassign a LETRS Coaching license?
All LETRS Coaching license management is handled by Lexia. Course managers are not able to assign, unassign, or reassign LETRS Coaching licenses in the online platform. Contact Lexia Support if you would like to reassign licenses.
