LETRS Coaching supports educators who have completed LETRS in translating theory into practice by focusing on classroom applications of LETRS principles. Educators receive one school year of support from a LETRS coach to work through goal-focused coaching cycles, including one-to-one live online coaching sessions and ongoing asynchronous feedback and reflection.

Applies to: Participants who have completed Lexia® LETRS​® and are continuing their professional learning journey in Lexia® LETRS​® Coaching, as well as administrators managing participants who are moving on from the LETRS course of study to LETRS Coaching.

What are the benefits of LETRS Coaching?

  • Uniquely Qualified Coaches: All LETRS coaches are rigorously trained in LETRS, have proven track records of implementing LETRS methodologies in classroom settings, and have experience in coaching educators to elevate literacy instruction.

  • One-to-One Live Online Coaching Support: Support from an assigned LETRS coach throughout the school year includes up to twelve 30-minute one-to-one live online coaching sessions focused on achieving educator goals.

  • Collaborative, Individualized Goal-Setting: One-to-one live online meetings with an assigned LETRS coach facilitate development of collaborative and individualized educator goals.

  • Human-Centered, Tech-Enabled Support: Ongoing asynchronous communication with an assigned LETRS coach throughout the school year allows educators to ask questions and reflect on educator-recorded videos of classroom practice.

  • Access to LETRS Connect and Lexia Community Center: Educators receive the on-demand benefits of LETRS Connect and access to the Lexia Community Center.

  • School Administrator Check-Ins: Up to two live online meetings between your assigned LETRS coach and school administrator are available to discuss emerging themes and opportunities for further support.

  • Alignment to LETRS Content:LETRS Coaching is aligned with the learning that participants have already completed in LETRS. Using classroom data and ongoing goal-setting, educators, in collaboration with their coaches, will make direct applications of that learning to their classrooms no matter the core curriculum being taught.
