Student Program Keeps Asking for Teacher Email

Typically, students only need to enter a teacher email address the first time they use a Lexia program on a particular device, but school or district settings on student devices may prevent this setting from being saved.

Applies to: Educators or administrators who help students log in to Lexia programs (Lexia Core5 Reading, Lexia English Language Development, and/or Lexia PowerUp Literacy).

Why do my students have to enter the teacher email address every time they log in?

If your students are asked to enter a teacher email address each time they access Lexia programs, there may be user or device settings chosen by your school or district that prevent the teacher email address from being saved on student devices.

How can I make the login process easier?

Instead of having students enter the teacher email each time they use the program, use your school or district’s custom link to access student programs. Custom links can be used to access Lexia programs from web browsers. See Using your custom URL to access Lexia student programs for details.
