Add Course Managers
-
Log in to lexiaaspire.com.
-
Select the Manage menu, and select Course Manager Permissions from the dropdown menu.
-
Select Add Manager on the Course Manager Permissions page.
Depending on your access level, you may be able to add course managers at both the district level and for each school in your implementation, or only at your assigned school.
-
Enter the name of a person who you want to add as a course manager. Names will appear in a dropdown list if any first or last names match what you typed.
After you enter one person, a second box will appear. You may add up to five course managers at once.
Note To appear in the list of matches, staff must first be added in Aspire.
Note that new people added to Aspire will need to be notified of their account, as this is not automatic. You will need to send first-time login instructions.
-
When you have finished selecting course managers, select Add Manager.
Course managers are assigned View Only permissions by default. Use the Permission Type selector to change their permissions.
