Where is my student’s Core5 certificate? I can’t find it!
There are a few reasons why you might not be able to find a student’s certificate in myLexia, including:
-
The certificate is from a previous school year and is no longer available. Only certificates from the current school year are available in myLexia.
-
Only a student’s most recently earned certificate is shown under the Certificates tab on a Class Overview. You can see all of a student’s certificates from this school year by selecting the All Certificates button.
-
A student may think they have completed a level, but have only completed the first half. They will earn a certificate once they have completed the entire level.
