Lexia English 5-Minute Check-In
One of our recommended best practices for using Core5 with your students is consistent data monitoring in the myLexia educator platform. We suggest making the 5-Minute Check In part of your routine at least once each week. We suggest aiming for mid-week so that you have some data for the week, but also still have time to take action if needed. myLexia data resets for the new week on Sunday evening (Monday, morning?) at midnight.
The 5-Minute Check-In helps you prioritize:
- Which students need more time in the student program
- Which students need additional offline teacher instruction
- Who is ready to apply their learning in a Skill Builder (let’s ensure those skills actually transfer offline!)
- Who is ready to celebrate their learning?
