How do I find Practice Groups with recommended Lexia English Lexia Lessons?

The Practice Groups tab on a Class Overview organizes students into recommended groupings based on what level of the program they are currently working in.

All program levels are displayed on the Practice Groups tab. If students in the class are currently working in a program level, you will see a blue circle under the level. The number in the circle shows how many students are working in the level. A yellow dot on the circle means that at least one student at that level has been recommended a Lexia Lesson.

Some levels have a blue circle with a number under them, indicating the number of students currently working in that level. One level has a yellow dot next to the number of students, which means at least one student has been recommended a Lexia Lesson.

To find Practice Groups with recommended lessons:

  1. In myLexia, select the Lexia English tab.

    • If you have Administrator access in myLexia: Select a school and/or a class.

    • If you have Teacher access in myLexia: You will see the class overview for your assigned class. If you have multiple classes, select My Other Classes to switch between your classes.

  2. Select Practice Groups.

  3. Select a level with a yellow dot, indicating that at least one student in that level has been recommended for a lesson.

How do I access Lessons?

To access Lessons from a Practice Groups page:

  1. The Practice Groups for the selected level are divided by Activity. The Lesson Recommended column shows how many students in that Activity have a recommended Lexia Lesson.

  2. Next to each student's name, view their Presentation Scores for each Encounter.
